Cover all Children Campaign   Through PICO Louisiana, families and faith communities are organizing to make sure that all children in the state have access to affordable health coverage. No state has benefited as much from the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP). Now it is important that Congress renew and strengthen SCHIP to help Louisiana cover all it's children.
