Reverend Jennifer Jones-Bridgett - Executive Director.  Rev. Jones-Bridgett was an organizer with Working Interfaith Network (WIN) in Baton Rouge for 5 years before she became WIN's director in 2000.  Rev. Jones-Bridgett became the PICO LIFT director in 2005 and is also a consulting director for the PICO National Network.  She works with organizers on a regular basis and develops professional development plans.
